Place of data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this website are based in Italy and are managed by the service provider Made Network Srl and are carried out by technical personnel of Pensareweb S.R.L. and by other persons in charge of "Litek Srl" during updating and maintenance operations. Transfer of data abroad
Litek Srl does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU. If there is a need to do so, the interested parties will be informed in advance, and measures will be taken to guarantee the transfer to the recipients, which depending on the case may be: verification of the existence of adequacy decisions for the recipient country by the Commission, signing of standard contractual clauses, verification of the adoption of any additional measures in implementation of the recommendation 01/2020 EDPB. As an exception to these guarantees, for data processing (in ref. of art. 49 of the GDPR), where applicable, the existence of a contract or pre-contractual measures in favor of the data subject or consent to the transfer is verified.
Rights of the interested parties
You have the right to obtain from the holder the cancellation (possible right to be forgotten), the limitation, the updating, the rectification, the portability, the opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as in general you can exercise all the rights provided for by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 of the GDPR, where applicable with respect to the purposes of data processing.

Right to complain
The interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data through this site carried out in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to complain to the Guarantor, as provided by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation).
